Next 2 70 Δ Denim is Morgan’s newest high-ply cutting machine specific for the production of jeans. This version has been expressly designed to guarantee maximum reliability in terms of strength and performance in the production of hard materials such as jeans. On this model have been introduced several mechanical devices for strengthening the head and the plate and the use of a blade with increased thickness (3mm). Design, strength and A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) are the key words of a machine that was created to think in the future. Thanks to the abundant implementation of sensors and sophisticated algorithms, Morgan Next 2 70 Δ Denim is the first machine with Artificial Intelligence that allows the best self-handling of processes such as sharpening cycles or real time speeds control. This technology guarantees the highest quality combined with the maximum productivity and the lowest running costs.
